Booking an Appointment
All consultations are by appointment. Appointments can be made from 8am until 6pm Monday to Friday by telephone or by calling in at the practice. Appointments can also be booked online (see below).
Online Appointments
TO BOOK ONLINE – you need to be registered for Patient Access.
If already registered please click on the link below.
If not, please call into the surgery with photographic ID and registration can take place.
Please see the Patient Access website if you would like more information on how you can order medication, book or cancel appointments, view test results or view your medical record.
You may make an appointment with any doctor.
For routine matters you will be offered the first available appointment with the doctor of your choice.
Urgent cases will be dealt with on the same day with whichever doctor is available.
Please tell the receptionist if you feel the problem is urgent.
If you need a follow-up appointment, please make this before leaving the surgery.
It is in your interest to be followed up by the same doctor in any particular illness.
Only one patient will be seen per appointment.
If you cannot keep an appointment, you must let us know as soon as possible so that another patient can be seen. You can now do this online here.

83 APPOINTMENTS WERE WASTED BETWEEN LAXEY AND VILLAGE WALK SURGERIES IN APRIL DUE TO NON ATTENDANCE.
THIS IS OVER 13 HOURS OF WASTED SURGERY TIME IN ONE MONTH.
If you cannot keep your appointment, please let us know so that someone else can be seen.
