Practice Manager
Sue Corlett

The Practice Manager has responsibility for the day to day running of the practice.

Your suggestions are always welcome and if you have any complaints, please let the Practice Manager know so that we can sort out your problem.

Receptionists

Our team of Receptionists have a very demanding job. They take requests for appointments and home visits, they receive patients when they visit the practice and they file and look after every medical record. They often have to make personal enquiries – please do not be offended, there is a strict code of confidentiality. Please help them to help you.

The Practice staff have the right to do their jobs without fear of verbal or physical abuse of any kind. This includes rudeness or unpleasant behaviour and ‘not feeling well’ is not acceptable as an excuse. If patients exhibit unacceptable behaviour they will receive a warning; if it continues they may be asked to register with another Practice.
